
Islamabad, Pakistan – April 2026:
A one-week intensive training program on Transfemoral Ischial Containment Socket (TFP-ICS) design has been successfully completed at Rehab Initiative, marking a significant advancement in prosthetic rehabilitation services in Pakistan.
The training aimed to enhance the clinical expertise of Orthotists and Prosthetists in advanced transfemoral socket design. Participants were trained in modern techniques focused on improving patient comfort, stability, and functional mobility outcomes.
Through a combination of hands-on practice and theoretical sessions, attendees gained practical exposure aligned with international standards in prosthetic care. Upon successful completion, certificates of participation were awarded to all participants.
