AFO Fabrication Workshop extends to Four Days for Enhanced Hands-On Training

The program jointly organized by Punjab Association of Prosthetists and Orthotists (PAPO) and sponsored by Strides Healthcare, has commenced its AFO Fabrication Workshop on May 15, 2026, at Strides Healthcare, Multan, with 15 participating trainees. Originally planned as a three-day program, the workshop has now been extended to four days due to the depth and intensity of the hands-on training sessions.

Led by Humza Faisal, a highly skilled Orthotist Prosthetist, CEO Strides Healthcare , the extended workshop allows participants to gain a more comprehensive understanding of Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) design, biomechanics, and clinical application. The additional day focuses on advanced fabrication techniques, patient assessment, and real-world case studies to ensure mastery through practical experience.

The program, continues to exemplify PAPO’s commitment to advancing the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics in Pakistan through high-quality, practical, and member-exclusive training initiatives.

This intensive workshop is currently ongoing and expected to conclude on May 18, 2026, with participants receiving advanced competency in AFO fabrication and application.
