• Forms can also be downloaded from www.pipos.gov.pk. Candidates using the downloaded form should pay Rs. 2,000 at the time of submission, deposited into PIPOS A/C No. PK07 NBP A1759003011697978 at the NBP Hayatabad Township Branch.
