PIPOS Invites Applications for Managing Director, Director PRSP (Patient Care), and Director Academics

Peshawar: The Pakistan Institute of Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences (PIPOS) has invited applications from eligible candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for appointment against the following positions at PIPOS:

• Managing Director
• Director PRSP (Patient Care)
• Director Academics

According to the advertisement, the earlier advertisement published under INF (P) 2077/26 and INF (P) 2039/26 dated 06 May 2026 has been declared null and void and stands superseded by the revised advertisement. Applicants who had already applied under the previous advertisement are required to submit a fresh application according to the revised criteria. No additional application processing fee will be required; however, proof of the earlier fee deposit must be attached.

1. Managing Director

Eligibility

• BS or higher qualification in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates having substantial experience in administration and institutional management.

2. Director PRSP (Patient Care)

Eligibility

• BS or higher qualification in Allied Health (Prosthetic/Orthotics and Allied Limbs Rehabilitation fields).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in limb rehabilitation at a recognized Rehabilitation Centre of Persons with Disabilities.
• Candidates possessing advanced qualifications in management-related fields, including Organizational Management, Hospital/Health Care Management, Public Health, or other relevant disciplines, will be highly considered.

3. Director Academics

• Maximum Age: Up to 54 years
• Method of Recruitment: Initial Recruitment

Eligibility

Applicants must possess either:

• MS/MPhil in Prosthetics and Orthotics or allied rehabilitation fields, with 10 years of experience in limb rehabilitation, including at least 5 years of teaching experience in Prosthetics and Orthotics or allied limb rehabilitation fields;

OR

• BS in Prosthetics and Orthotics or allied limbs rehabilitation fields, with 10 years of experience in limb rehabilitation, including at least 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant fields.

Candidates having advanced qualifications in Organizational Management, Hospital/Health Care Management, Public Health, or other relevant disciplines will be highly considered.

Application Procedure

• Application forms can be downloaded from www.pipos.gkp.pk.
• Complete applications, along with academic, experience and domicile certificates, two passport-size photographs, and CNIC copies, must reach the office of the Managing Director, PIPOS within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
• Applications will be accepted only through registered courier services or Pakistan Post.
• Hand-delivered applications will not be entertained.

Application Fee

• Fee: Rs. 10,000 (Non-Refundable)
• Deposit in favor of Managing Director-PIPOS through direct deposit in Bank National Bank of Pakistan, Branch Code 1759, A/C No. 3011734865 under the account title PIPOS Training & Education.
• Applicants who already deposited the fee under the previous advertisement must attach proof of the earlier deposit and are not required to pay the fee again.

Important Information

• Appointment will be for three years, extendable for another term on satisfactory performance, subject to Board approval, with a three-month probation period.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Government employees and employees of autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
• Recruitment will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PIPOS Act, 1999.
